Same issue. Really a major show stopper since you can't install anything. Any updates from DNN Corp on this one?

Quick update. I ended up writing values to SQL to "register" the extensions module then added the page manually and added the module. Still not sure what went wrong with the upgrade, nothing in the log to indicate a failure.

I haven't tried, but you may use manual install instead: Upload extension to /install/module folder and browse to /install/install.aspx?mode=installresources
