there seems definately an issue with your files and/or folder table, maybe caused by special characters in the names. make sure NOT to use ' (apostroph) in folder or file names !!!!

hi again,

 

not there's no apostrophes, like i say i t is/was wokring on the old server.

but not to worry its been solved:

i wiped the providers/HtmlEditorProviders folder completely. re-uploaded it from 4.9.1_upgrade.zip file. and then replaced the DotNetNuke.FckHtmlEditorProvider.dll in the bin folder from the same zip file. available from the downloads page of dotnetnuke.com.

restarted the app, rebooted the server for good measure. and its fine. lord knows why but i dont care it's working!! hope this is useful to someone else someday.
