Dear All!

I would like to build a custom registration page, so that specific User-Information can be saved both in the DNN-Database and also in a Custom external Database.
I know about the possibilty to use third-party-modules like "DynamicRegistration", but I would prefer to get deeper in customization and build my own module based upon the standard-module.

Could you please give me some advise, where to start from? I am an experienced ASP.net developer and also have successfully built my first DNN-modules. Where can I find the .ascx - file containing the standard-registration-module?

Thank you!

Best regards,
Daniel Lang

If it were me, I would grab a copy of the latest DNN Portal Source Code and take a look at the built in registration module and use it as a template to start with, and then build it out from there.
