Just in case it is related, I had similar issues (with other modules) when the file system is not in sync.

is auto-sync file system enabled in the site? try "sync recursive"  from the file manager.

Hi. I have the same problem with downloading files via repository module. But if there are downloaded from repository directory via Admin/File Manager then the downloaded files are correct.

Im my case the problem was that the webserver compressed zip and rar before sending it - even the provider-support-guy told me several times this is disabled... Another support call, another person on the line, and the problem was solved in 60 seconds.

Hi,

I'm experiencing the same problem.  The file downloaded through the file manager is fine.  The experience seems to be inconsistent though...some have been able to download the file with no problem.  Using DNN 05.01.00 and Repository 3.1.15 on the server, Chrome and XP on the client.

N.
