is it possible to send the results of the FnL module to a different email address depending upon a selection made by the user in a drop down list?

e.g.
If there is a drop down list of departments - if the user selects dept 1, can the notification email go to dept 1, if they select department 2 - the notification goes to dept 2 email address only.

I don't suppose it will be possible (just a shot in the dark)
- Maybe the best option would be to do it via email forwarding - (if email contains "dept1" forward to fred@dept1 etc)

Here's a challenge though - if I wanted to disguiise the emails in the drop down list
e.g.
email1
email2
email3

could this be possible (by then specifying in the tracking option something like if email1 is selected email 1 =  email1@thisaddress.com ?
