I'm trying this now.  I need to match the version and setup of my client so I don't know if this will work or not.  Right now it's installing the Web Platform Installer. Not sure what that is.  This has taken now 2 days what I thought would take 2 hours.  I'm loosing money on this project pretty bad.  Is there another DNN support forum where I don't have to wait hours for questions to get posted?   This one seems really slow and limited and it's not helping me at all.

either sql server is too slow (due to other constraints)or web server has problems. Sorry, but difficult to identify from the message only.
