upgraded from 5.1.4

getting this error message when attempting to access menu...everthing else seems ok...any clues?

Error: Host Settings is currently unavailable.

I've got this two and my modules are online visible for the admin account!

please restart application and clear local browser cache. If this doesn't help, please check details of the error in Event log.

please be more specific about module visibility.

Its hard to explain but I can show you, go to the site (Adult site)

 

Now click "Noticias"... the url in the browser will change to [site]Default.aspx?tabid=66&error=Object+reference+not+set+to+an+instance+of+an+object.&content=0

 

And the modules inside are no visible.

 

But if i login with the host account I can see it all!
