There are many differing reports of "Port Number does not work" in this thread so would you please describe how you have port numbering set up in your web.config.
We fixed and re-tested the fix for DNN-11854 during the last release cycle so I'm a little surprised to see this thread re-activate

Thanks for the reply.

I've one portal running on port 80, and was successfully upgraded to the latest version.
In the same server I've another two portals version 05.04.01 (26) running over HTTPS on port 443 without any problem. The line <add key="UsePortNumber" value="true" /> is commented out. When I upgrade to the latest version I can't go to any page beside the home page. I uncomment that line but it doesn't make any difference.

We have a Gemini issue on this http://support.dotnetnuke.com/issue/ViewIssue.aspx?id=13643&PROJID=44
Please try one the following recommendations and see if that fixes the issue for you:

Update webconfig to <add key="UsePortNumber" value="false" />
or disable human friendly urls

Thank you!

Setting the UsePortNumber to FALSE, instead of just commenting the line, solved the problem.
