I have made a copy of a working site, copied it to a local machine, and am trying to install it for local testing.

I changed the two connection strings.

I changed the portalalias to point to the new site.

When browsing to the site, I'm getting an error screen that simply says ...

DotNetNuke Error

Windows XP

And offers me a link to return to site.

I've never seen this one before, and I'm having a time trying to diagnose the problem.  So any help will be appreciated ...
