I fully understand Timo's concerns on this, and have to agree.  The skin I voted for was not the one I was visually drawn to, mostly because I did look at the source and CSS and found I wasn't happy with the technical side of the skin I found most appealing visually.  It's the skinner in me versus the client in me.  And one reason all clients are dumb.  :)

On the other hand, I showed them to my wife, a graphic designer, and she pointed out several that were graphically better than the one I voted for.  Her opinion was based on color, positioning, typography and so on, things easily changed in the CSS and thus, to me at least, less important in judging a skin.  She vetoed one skin based on the image, important to her as a designer in satisfying clinets, unimportant to me since the image is easily swapped for a better one.

Thanks again for all the work.

Jeff

Timo-

I completely understand. No perfect solution in this case.

Armand -   That's too funny.

My goodness...   I thought it was a hard decission just based on visual and initial click throughs.   Then I took each skin and ran it through firebug, page speed and that made the decission even tougher.

Good luck to all.  I think who ever wins it's gonna be close.
