I thought NASA is using Python Language to build their site (as seen in Python Intro)? Maybe only for their internal system...

The given list may confuse people new to DNN...

Thanks,
George

George,

I think that most companies of mid-to-large size are likely to work with more than 1 product - putting all your eggs in one basket would be a risky business. I doubt anyone would be confused by a company using multiple technologies, even if they were seen as competeing. I worked for a fortune 500 company and we had over 150+ supported database versions, software on everthing from handheld pc's to factory floors to pcs to mainframes, and worked in a vast number of languages from cobol to java to .net. Whilst they had only about a dozen public facing websites, there were literally hundreds of massive intranet/extranet projects. I suspect NASA , a massive organisation thats been going for more than 50 years would fall into this same category.

I just recalled this 2 year old blog - http://www.dotnetnuke.com/Community/B... - where Shaun listed a few of the companies who registered for openforce US, and noticed NASA was one of them.

Bump~

Two years ago a lot of people don't even know what is Python until a lot of Google API make good use of it.
Seems that they are just exploring different technologies and interested in DotNetNuke.

It is not good to quote on an outdated source with no clear statement on proving that those companies are using DNN. Although I support DNN ~

Thanks,
George
