First off, just a disclaimer, I am a novice DNN user.  I've been asked to help maintain an existing site. While in the system, I accidentally clicked (with my trackpad) the Parse Skin Package button under Host > Skins with the current skin selected.

Now my navigation items are missing on the homepage and some interior pages of the site.  Additionally some of the navigation links that are showing (at the very top of my skin, separate from the regular nav) are clicking to access denied pages. The only differences in the pages that display navigation vs. those that don't is that the pages without use a BannerPane.

Any ideas on 1. What has happened and 2. How to fix it.  Uploading the skin again isn't an option, as the agency that created the skin no longer works with us. Any advice you can provide will be helpful.
