Hi Hans-Peter:

Would it be possible for you to give us an update on the status of the blog project and where you are on the next revision? I have noticed that there seems to be no activity on Gemini lately, but I'm not sure that means anything.

Not a nag, just a nudge.

Warm regards,

Barrett

Barret,

I was out of order for a few month and that was the reason for less information about the blog module in the past weeks. I'm back now for a few weeks and currently I'm working on the road map for the next release.
As soon as I have finished the road map I will publish more information about the feature and the release date of the next release.

The last version was a very stable release and there was no reason (no show stopper or anything else) why we must publish a stabilization release or any other early release.

regards

HP

Hans-Peter, Cathal, Erik, Scott:

Could one of you please provide an update on the development progress of the Blog Module? I noticed that there has been no activity showing on Gemini since January 25, 2006 – nearly six months. What is the status of the “Code Intrusion in Comment Title and Body” bug? How many and which of the “New features I’d like to see” will be in the next release?

While not a great programmer, I am pretty good as a tester, troubleshooter and documenter. If I can be of any help to “goose” this project along please let me know.

Regards,

Hans-Peter has not been available for some time due to personal reasons - i will make an effort to contact him, and if unsuccesful I will probably take over the project in the short-term. I may very well look for some help as I've not had a chance to dive into the code in some time.

Cathal
