Bulk email problem seems to be as a result of me putting sight into "Test" mode and having all users with the same email address ! Bulk email setting is "One message Per Email Address (Personalized)" so not sending "duplicate" emails - so only one email gets sent!

Doh!

Still getting the Content and preview checkboxes being displayed within the top control panel for unregistered users.  This is occuring on all "public" pages apart from the Login page?  I have checked edit properties are not set to "all users" for pages and modules just in case but now left scratching my head again.

Regarding control panel visible to unauthorized users, there must be a single module (maybe even in recycle bin) with edit permissions for all users or unauthenticated users.

I have emptied the recycle bin and created a new "empty" page with no modules.  It is Included in the menu and has no parent page and  gave it "view Page" permissions to "All Users".  The only thing in the page is the header, menu bar,  breadcrumb trail, footer, and the control panel is still visible?!

Now this is when it starts to get interesting. I applied a skin which had the breadcrumb turned off and both the control panel and the breadcrumb trail are no longer visible! Hmm.

I changed the Control Panel view back to iconbar and hey presto! Not only is the control panel behaving itself but the problem I had with users not being able to change their own passwords seems to have been fixed to!  Strange.

Thanks.
