i have the same issue ,

but i can not understand what you mean by the below solution :

you need to run the build script or copy manually telerik dll from ~ /library/components/telerik/...

Mahahamad;

You need to manually copy the Telerik.Web.UI.dll from the /library/components/telerik path to /Website/Bin path then complile the solution and build the website.

Dear ,

     i try to install DotnetNuke on discountasp.net server. I do not have folder with this name "telerik" if you can guide me from where i can download it .

you should never install source version of DotNetNuke on a production server. if you encounter the same issue with an install package, there are files missing. reupload all files from install package.
