I have a dnn site that issues unique ticket id's with each ticket submission.

The unique id is emailed to the end user. I include a hyperlink in the email so the user can check the status of their ticket.

The url looks like this: http://www.mywebsite.com/StatusUpdate/tabid/177/Default.aspx?Ticket=IAUSERNAME103843202

How do I get my iframe which is on this page to pick up the variable "Ticket" and pass it to the url that I have in Iframe.

The iframe url is set to http://www.mywebsite.com/lookup/status.aspx?Ticket=id goes here

I noticed I can do this in the newest DNN. But our one site is running 4.00.03 . The min version to upgrade iframe is 4.03.05 . We don't want to upgrade dnn because we have had nothing but issues each time we tried it. And we ended up losing alot of data. Is there some way I can install the new iframe on our version?

As far as I can remember, 4.0.3 was one of those less successful versions. I don't think current IFrame version will run in 4.0.3 - it will crash with an error.

You really should upgrade to a newer version - in your case, probably migrate, not upgrade.

You can try dwnloading VivaIFrame from snowcovered.com - it's my "pre-DNN-team" module that can help you with your issue, however, I am not sure it'll run on 4.0.3 either...
