I was running DNN 5.02.03 and uploaded the upgrade to 5.03.01.  Now I'm getting the following compilation error:

Compilation Error

Description: An error occurred during the compilation of a resource required to service this request. Please review the following specific error details and modify your source code appropriately.

Compiler Error Message: BC30002: Type 'Web.HttpContext' is not defined.

Source Error:

Line 307:
Line 308: Try
Line 309: Dim ctx As Web.HttpContext = Web.HttpContext.Current
Line 310: Dim lvstrImageRoot As String = String.Empty Line 311: oCache = ctx.Cache.Get(key)

Source File: C:\inetpub\vhosts\mysite.net\httpdocs\App_Code\Chat\DnnChatCodeHelper.vb    Line: 309

Any suggestions?  I have the chat module installed, but not in use.  I found another post where they modified Web.HttpContext.Current to System.Web.HttpContext.Current, but still get an error, just with the new name.

I assume there is a context issue with the chat module. I suggest to remove all content from /app_code/chat folder to fix it, until an updated version of the module is available.

I just tried that and it didn't solve the problem.  Instead, I now get the error below.  It's got to be something not right in the upgrade package.

I'm testing an upgrade to one of my installs and I'm getting the same XML error when I try to upgrade to version 5.03.01.

please remove the content of /app_code/xml and upgrade xml module by using "install available Extensions" inside Host :: Extension module in DNN 5.3.1
