I deleted a page and want to create a new one with the same name.  When I go to the recycle bin while logged-in as host, there are no controls to recover the file, or empty the recycle bin.

What am I doing wrong?

What "mode" are you in? Make sure you are in EDIT mode not View

Thank you gentlemen.

That was it.  Although I don't see why that should matter.  I am not attempting to edit the page structure, I am just attempting to use its intended functionality.

The way the module is setup it utilizes the Mode to control access to the functionality for emptying.
