I have googled and read through this forum but didnt find anything. Sorry if it's already been asked.

I have run into a problem and looked through the source code (seached "PaInstaller") as well, but no luck.

This is what I have in 4.8.X

 Dim pa As New DotNetNuke.Modules.Admin.ResourceInstaller.PaInstaller(strFileName, Request.MapPath("."))
pa.Install()

and what's the syntax in 5.X.X ? If this is removed, any workaround?

Thanks!

What exactly are you trying to do?

In DNN5 everything is done through the extension installer now

Thanks for such quick reply.

We have over 50 modules and it's painful to go install one by one. But, not sure if bulk extension installer is good enough - I will try it out once I finish converting our code. Will I be able to zip all at once or do i have to copy in a seperate zip file? Do this support reinstalling the module? From : http://www.mitchelsellers.com/blogs/articletype/articleview/articleid/321/dotnetnuke-bulk-extension-installation.aspx

The process that we have been doing is, we have all modules in one zip. We built a module and use DNN core PAInstall to perform the installation.
