Since I migrated to their new platform nothing works. A lot of service regressions.
Finally I bought a premium support, and got some better answers to my questions.

A didn't succeed to configure my DNN portal under SSL.
And here is the support answer:
"I apologize for not noticing that SSL is issued for your sub-domain http://intranet.ecoleouverte.be . Unfortunately, SSL and DNN application will not work together on new platform. I am afraid that we have not been able to transfer your account to the new platform in a satisfactory way. We can flip your account back to the old platform and make your website work but we cannot guarantee that your website will remain available after migration is completed.

As we near the end of the migration, we are beginning to make some difficult decisions about who is staying on new platform after the old platform is offline. We have no choice but to suggest that you seek other hosting companies that may be able to support you, and rebuild your website with them as soon as you can do so. You be aware that we do not manage the old platform. Would you like to flip your account back to old platform?"

They say that themselves : "Change your hosting company"

wow, thats wild.  they really do suck.  I used easy cgi for one site a couple years ago and it was good until they were bought out and "migrated to the new platform"  eventually after not being able to get our site to work I switched to PowerDNN (awesome decision, great server speed, uptime and support).  Later for a different site I went with webhost4life which was good until it seems they were bought out by the same company as easycgi and we had the same nightmare migration issues. I stuck through the migration since the site wasnt actually in production and finally got it online.  Everything was ok until I started relying on the site and it went offline. Webhost4life could not get it back on for over a day, and the final response from tech support was that they recycled the app pool.  Over a day of downtime to recycle the app pool?  I immediately migrated this site to powerdnn as well.  My suggestion is to learn from my mistakes and go with PowerDNN from the beginning.

Hello All, I can start off by saying I feel your pain with the issues that have arisen with WH4L and DNN. I have personally spoke with over 50 or so former clients of theirs and have been able to provide them with the help they needed in a hosting provider. There are a number of very good providers out there that do provide an environment for DNN, but I can say that our support staff here at PowerDNN has become very familiar with the migration process and knows exactly what it takes to get a migration done quickly and efficiently. If any of you have any questions, please feel free to contact me and I would be happy to help.
