i have upgraded my website to 5.5.0 and am experiencing issues with the Bulk Processor.  Also, i am unable to generate a test email.  i get a response that the email has been sent; but I receive no email.

Has this issue been resolved in 5.5?

i think that i have found the problem.  It had to do with the network configuration.
