We''ve been creating some test pages in preparation of rolling out some teacher pages (templates) on our website.  One of the pages we experimented with today was using the Repository with the nifty video skin.  We added one .MP3, and one .WMV file as a test.  It worked great, the imbedded player played the video and the audio right from the web page, even allowing us to play more than one at a time (*grin*).

Anyways, we rans some tests, it worked great.  Then we went to show them to some people an hour or so later and Internet Explorer froze when loading that page.  I left it sitting there to see if something would time out, and it froze for several minutes (seemed like hours while waiting) then worked like normal.  I thought maybe this was a fluke with that one computer, but it happened on another also.  Then, I tested it from home tonight and it did the same thing on my home computer.

Any ideas what could be causing this?  When viewing a page with the Repository using the Nifty Video skin, does it also download the the media files when loading the page?
