Due Date is a required field in all the records, yes.

This seems like the same issue to me, but if I'm wrong and I'm hijacking the thread, I'll go start a new conversation. However, using this filter statement, where Begins is required and present on every entry — IIF([Begins]<[DateTime:Now],[DateTime:Now],Begins)— I'm getting a similar error: Syntax error: Missing operand after '8' operator.

EDIT: In fact, when I set the calculated column to just be [DateTime:Now], I get the "Missing operand after '9' operator" error. So it appears there's just something rather wrong with DateTime:Now. Are we accessing it incorrectly?

I am still in dire need of a filter statement that will work as described previously...while keeping my XSL formatting.  Thanks for any help!!!

I've been researching the "missing operand" message and a few different sources (including http://aspnetresources.com/blog/apostrophe_in_rowfilter.aspx) suggest that a problem like this usually has to do with an apostrophe in the data being returned. Since I can't set the calculated column to just [DateTime:Now], I don't know how to find out what's actually stored in there or why it would have an apostrophe in it. Has [DateTime:Now] worked for others in a calculated column expression?

It doesn't seem that any filter statement I put in here is supported.  Can you perhaps give me a few examples of a valid statement?  This may help in forming a statement that works for me.

Thanks, Mike
