I have  DNN 5.4.0 installed on a windows server 2008 r2 IIS 7 with a small site with adefhelpdesk running on it and a custom skin.  When I tried to upgrade to 5.4.1 using the upgrade I get an error ...\Install\Cleanup\03.00.08.txt is denied.  I have checked and the Network service has full control of the folder and that file.  Anyone have any suggestions?

Thank you!  That worked great. 

But I am a bit confused.  I was running fine (I thought) using version 5.4.0.  I had done very little with the site but it did install and run enough to install a skin and a module and play with that a bit.  I would think that it would not have run at all having the security set for NETWORK SERVICE.  I did have to play around a bit when I started to get it to install particularly with teh app pools.  I just thought that it was due to being new with server 2008 and IIS 7.  It is significantl;y different.

I think that should be added to the install doc since it was known since last fall.  I assume I won't be the only person with that problem.
