I've setup a Form & List module that my client will update by uploading a CSV file to the DNN server space and then importing it into the module.

The problem is that there are a few columns in the CVS file that I don't want to show up in the dropdown column select / search requester. It is easy enough to set the searchable status of those columns to off in the configuration settings, but the next time the client imports an updated CSV file, the columns are reset to searchable.

Is there any way to have the searchable column "stick" to it's current state during import, or does the imported data completely replace the table?

Thanks.

Currently FnL always replaces the table on import.

Yep. I thought that was the case.

Thanks for the follow-up.
