Hi

Sorry to be so late :-)

The following I have done:

(1)  Copied files to folder and created new website in IIS7 with host header.
(2)  Gave IIS_WPG full access.
(3) Changed related application pool to classic mode.
(4) Enabled "32-bit application" to" true" it's now showing up as w3wp.exe*32 in Task Manager.
(4) I created empty database.
(5) I restored database from backup file and used option overwrite.
(6) I changed web.config to the right connection string include corect uid/passwd
(7) Everything looked good, but the url was pointing to existing site by web hoster :-(
(8) After that I changed table PortalAlias. They've been two entries. I changed/updated to my host file entry.

Now I get following error message:

Procedure or function 'aspnet_Profile_GetProperties' expects parameter '@CurrentTimeUtc', which was not supplied.

Description: An unhandled exception occurred during the execution of the current web request. Please review the stack trace for more information about the error and where it originated in the code.

Michael, it looks like you are missing a Microsoft dll file from bin folder or your installation uses it from GAC instead of your application directory.

Hi Sebastian

Sorry, but what you mean with GAC and what dll I am missing?

Could you give me a little bit more further details?

Thanks
