Is there a way to assign specific users or roles to moderate and allow to post to specific Groups and Forums? For example, I have two Groups: Development and Operations. Correspondent to that, I have 4 roles: Development Posters, Development Moderators, Operators Posters, Operations Moderators. I want to assign only the Development Posters to be able to post in any forums in the Development group, and the Development Moderators as the Moderators of any forums in the Development group. Likewise for the Operations group. Is the forum security that granular?

Thanks.

Forgot to mention, module version 4.5.3, DNN version 4.8.2.

Wow. An overwhelming response.

After more searching, I learned that there is a setting on the Options tab in Forum Control Panel Forums Manager. I do not see any such option that would let me set forum level security.

Uninstalled/rebooted/reinstalled fixed it. Wierd.

Vin, I was tied up w/ personal things since mid last week, thus the delay in the response. As for what you noted, it sounds to me like a noted usability issue. The options are available in all installs (4.5.3 version) but people often overlook the tab (and thus the usability issue).
