All DNN modules (and the core) are open source.

The cs files are in the source code download, in a zip file called 'resources'.

I believe this is something to do with the way they are packaged.

If you have downloaded the source package you already have the .cs files.

Have you looked at http://dnnstore.codeplex.com/ ?  You can find complete source code for the project. 

Also, you might find people on the forums more helpful if you keep the snide "Open Source" comments to yourself.
