I had a difficult time getting the Twitter Profile Widget to work in DNN and thought I'd share how I was able to get it to work.  You can grab the widget code directly from twitter widget.  This code contains two script tags.  Place the first in page header tag for the page you want the widget to be used (page settings>advanced>page header tags).   I modifed both script definitions to include  the script type.  Example <script type="text/javascript" src="http://widgets.twimg.com/j/2/widget.j...>  .  Again both script definitions should include....  type="text/javascript"  .  I placed the second script in an html text module using the "raw" setting of the editor.  This worked for me..hope it helps.
