When I create a child portal the application tells me that it is created...but when I try to navigate to the child website i get this error.....
I have the application loaded locally using visual web developer....so i have access to the web.config file if need be?

**EDIT** - Information causing problems w/ view.

This error (which I removed) usually means you have an extra web.config file. Make sure there isn't one in a module folder or in the child portal folder (which will be in webroot/ChildAlias).
