very strange, Tags shouldn't be involved, but maybe you need to set it individually for each host page as a workaround, sorry.

I'm getting this error too Sebastian but under different circumstances.

Many of my admin pages got corrupt somehow over the years.  I was attempting to replace them when I suddenly lost the ability to create new pages or see many of the existing ones.  When I try to retore the missing pages in SQL I get:

Msg 547, Level 16, State 0, Line 23
The ALTER TABLE statement conflicted with the FOREIGN KEY constraint "FK_Tabs_ContentItems". The conflict occurred in database "XXXXXXX", table "dbo.ContentItems", column 'ContentItemID'.

Looking at one of the new pages I get:
