Thanks for the response, Scott.  I installed 4.1RC and see the same problem, but I'm on DNN5.5.1.  Maybe I should look at upgrading to 5.6.  Thanks for the info.

I'm quite confident that the RC fixes the specific issue discussed here.  I tested the RC on 5.5.1 and it worked.  There were some changes to the Telerik Editor Provider in 5.6 but not specifically to address this issue.

Since the RC didn't fix the issue, I suspect you actually have a similar but different issue.

Pre-requisites for this issue are:
App pool using .Net 4
Using Telerik HTML Editor Provider
Using Blog module 4.0.0

I've tested this on 5.5.0 and 5.5.1 and found the RC resolve the issue.
