Our site (http://www.DnnModules.cn) is hosted in webhost4life 2 years ago. At first, it works fine and we are satisfied with it. But things changed when they migrate to new platform.

    They migrated our site in May,2010 first time, but can't make it work after two weeks configuration. Then they agree us to stay on old platform. However, in July,they shutdown the old platform services , close our ftp account without a notification.

     We spend 1 weeks , try to contact them and download the site files and database backup files.  And request them to restore for us.  This work just need a few minutes, but no one do it after 6 days. Each time I contact them via live chat, they tell me that a specialist is handle it and will finish shortly. But a week left, nothing changed. Our site still keep off-line.

    Now our site is shutdown more than 20 days and we are suffered heavily. Can someone recommend us a reliable host provider? A host provider which can help us restore database and site files. A host provider which doesn't ignore client request. A host provider which doesn't lie to client.

     Thanks for your suggestion. I visit dnn4less and buy the Brozon hosting plan, the information display that I paid successfully. But it display below information:
"For our Clients' privacy protection and to eliminate fraudulent activities, we human verify all new web orders;
shortly you will receive a phone call to verify your account information.".
      However, I live in China. So it is hard to human verify my order. And I haven't receive any phone call yet. Of course ,I can't login to control panel too.
     Any suggestion?
