So I want suggest you check the permissions on your DNN folder and subfolders that the networkservice have full permission, and your IUser have read permissions there.

On IIS make sure you have set execute permissions for "scripts and executable files" also set allow script access and read.

DNN uses a objectqualifier it is a vaule that want read from the web.config file, which is the IIS configuration file for your website.  The objectQualifier if you set up one on the install will be added in front of all database attributes e.g. if the oQ is set as dnn then your tabels want be named as dnn_Tablename without it the table name want be e.g. tablename.  I must known it to make sure there could not be a issue with the install scripts.  But I didn't saw any on my installations.

So I think there is a issue on the permission settings or IIS settings.

Slowly my iedaes goes away.  Is it a new clean install I would retry it, and aouble check the permissions and database settings.

Is it a upgrade had you used the upgrade or install packagage ?
