Thanks again Cathal and Sebastian for helping,

Going to host > setting under .net framework it show 3.5, i am running the server off a windows 2008 r2 so by default asp.net 3.5.1 sp1 is installed by default.

Hi Craig, I tested localization with a plain vanilla new setup of DNN 5.5 and encountered no issues.

Trange mate, as soon as i get my dev box back on will test if is enviroment as possibly suggested. Strange thing is i have other instances running on that server and seems fine on vanilla. MK
