Well, follow-up....  When trying to edit an html/text module and receiving the TELERIKEDITORProvider message "....invalid xml file, I navigated to the folder on the website and saw that the file was not there and neither was the rest of the telerik folder.  (oh and by the way, I had to switch back to the extropy skin and restart the site for the extension links and wizards to appear at the bottom of the extensions page)... I went to the install available extensions and noticed that the Telerik .5.5.0 (important) needed to be installed.  I check the box and installed but, it did not seem to install and the error still showed up.  I then proceeded to copy the install.zip file for the provider from the install/provider folder to my desktop and then went back to the extension install wizard and it intalled ver 5.4 onto the site.  The text module was then editable.

I then noticed that about 20+ modules that were installed in ver 5.2 are now showing up in the available extensions page as available to be installed.  From what I remember, they should not be there because they are already installed albeit different version numbers and the column that should say there are new version numbers for those modules displays nothing.

for example, the page shows that blog ver 3.5.1 is installed yet show no new version in the available updates column.  the available blog module to install is 4.0,  I was able to install this module to the new version using the install available extensions option.  seems to be quirky.
