Did you or your hosting provider recently move the site to an ASP.Net 4.0 application pool?

I didn't move it.  I'm not even sure that they give me the ability to make such a change on my own without requesting it.  I really doubt that they would have done so without at least warning me first.  Just in case I've fired off an email to them asking if they did.

I got it working again by downloading the installer for the Repository module and uploading the Repository.ascx file, overwriting the existing one.  Don't know what was different.  I didn't think about downloading the old one and diffing the files to see what was different until I'd already uploaded the new one.
