If you are using script version 1610, try using this js file.  It may fix your problem. It may break all new things.

If you compare it to the original, you can see the small changes I made.

I removed that and di instead:

<td valign="top" runat="server" id="ContentPane"></td>

Now i works like a charm!!!

I found the solution!

In my case, when i uploaded my skin, DNN added a div layer inside my cell where i put the content pane markup.
Like this:
