I'm having the same issue in DNN 5.6.0. Gemini indicates that it's a bug, is low priority, and is trivial. It also indicates that no one is assigned to it, and that it's unresolved.

I don't know how these things are evaluated, but a bug where I cannot remove modules from all pages is a pretty fundamental one -- and it's causing some real headaches. Any chance this could be advanced a bit in priority for a bug fix?

Has anyone else confirmed this has been fixed? Been spending hours trying to figure out what is going on and more and more looking like this is the issue. Still testing.
