Although due to small omission in webinar content localization 082510 presented by Shaun Walker, it took me a quarter of a hour to figure out what’s was happening. In this webinar Shaun talks about implementing localization on a DotNetNuke Enterprise version.

Everything is explained rather straight forward, thanks, however till presentation time 29:12 minutes Shaun seems to forgot to check the Published * (although the asterisk clearly points to a descriptive notice however easily missed). On purpose ?

(I'm not able to include picture/document because Image - and Document Manager do freeze everytime.... Rich Text Editor - nice to have, but it does not work)

As the presentation continues, Shaun was able to show the implemented French language on the home page, where I could not. It appeared is was due to this forgotten check.

Possibly Shaun wants newbies to puzzle around, ha, ha. It’s just one of those little pitfalls, once faced, probably (hopefully) never forgotten. However … at this point, there is not a difference between the Enterprise and Community, is there?

Thanks
