Thanks for helping....
I will try this today after work and let you know what happened.........  Another question.... Do you know what is the diffrence between Install and installwizard in install directory........

install page is the general entry point where you may select install method; "custom" will call the wizard.

I would have posted earlier but the site was down.  Changed the IIS to ASP 2.0 it works fine now, installed with no problem.
