Chris,

I did try deleting from the recycle bin where I saw one module for the forum, and got another SQL error similar to the one about permissions above. (This was before I saw your edit.)

Doing the sql, there are 2 results when running your first query, looking for the specific permission ID's I get 7 results, per each Permission Id. Then checking the ModuleID All 7 of the results have Module Name of "Forum"

This is even after Uninstalling the Module.

If I went through to get rid of this stuff manually, should there be any other Forums that I check other than:

Modules
Permission
ModulePermission
