I think I have DNN 3.2.x. and my site is on a WebHost4Life server.
Is there an easy (fool proof) way to upgrade my DNN site with several portals?
I don't mind buying a utility if there is one that will do the job.

I am not aware of an existing tool, you may follow my upgrade check list: http://www.deutschnetnuke.de/tabid/186/Default.aspx. Upgrading from 3.2 to a more recent version should be done in multiple steps, I suggest upgrading via 4.3.7, 4.6.2 and 4.9.5

I"m not endorsing a specific product (and this post is a little old so you may no longer need this...but I've been pretty happy with this upgrade module:

Also, you're version is pretty old....I went from 4.9.5 to 5.5.1 using this module.  One note...you still need to make sure your modules are all updated...especially 3rd party modules

I am new DNN Development . I need to upgrade DNN 2x To DNN 5x .
The Upgradtion process is carried on from DNN 2x to DNN 5 x ,
but custom modules are working when move to next version on DNN .
plz provide help for it ,
plz give me link for DNN 3.0.0. or DNN 3.0.1 or DNN 3.0.2 Instatllation pack.
plz replay .

you can find old dnn installation files on codeplex: http://dotnetnuke.codeplex.com/

just a fair warning: upgrading from 2.x to 5.x is a daunting job... You should expect that all modules will need to be partially rewritten and recompiled, because namespaces changed considerably.
