I have tried numerous times to install DNN551 Community Edition and it fails on a "client site" which is not the overall root authority for RackSpace.
-

My setup: Website is a client site and Rackspace Sys Ops setup a "symlink". I have added the "impersonate" line to webconfig. I also increased the execution timeout in webconfig.
-

The wizard install runs okay to the point of: Provider installation page, I select Next, it runs for a sub-minute & I get a message "Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage.". Any attempt to finish the install (back page) seems okay but when you attempt to run the site, it fails with a DNN error.
-

I attempted an auto install and the script hangs on: Installing Package File FckHtmlEditorProvider_02.00.04.
-
I attmepted an auto install again with the execution timout removed and the script ends at the FCK editor just as before, but the browser says done, but the script does not. If I try to access the site, I get a DNN error.

what is RackSpace's take on this? Are they knowledgable with DotNetNuke at all?
