Hi all,
I upgraded 4 sites flawlessly, and 1 site has some issues (started a  thread)
In the past, upgrades seemed to go great then I would check the site from another computer the next day (e.g. work) and the site would be broken.
Such a problem is sometimes fixed by clearing your browser's CACHE and restarting.

What this typically indicates is that the users local machine has an out of date version of some javascript. When the site is updated the users machine should notice the changed file (different size/timestamp) and automatically pull down the updated version, but from time to time this doesn't happen. The most common cause is that a proxy server somewhere in an organisation hasn't updated the file - to fix this the easiest fix is to press CTRL+F5 which forces any upstream servers to pull down the latest copy (alternatively your solution works but is a little more drastic)
