the preferred option is using "create package in Host :: Extensions menu command of your development installation. Make sure to include all files and it will create a manifest to register the module properly on the target machine.

Thanks Sebastian for your suggestion, it worked.
But then i had a problem of deploying App_WebReferences code in to the client server.
Then after googling i found how to call/Invoke a web service without adding web reference, http://dotnetslackers.com/Community/blogs/kaushalparik/archive/2010/05/14/how-to-call-invoke-a-web-service-without-adding-web-reference.aspx

Hi Chis,
what i did was, i built the project from VS-2008 and published it, then copied the files in 'published' folder(from my machine) to the server.
Then in the server i configured the database connection through standard web pages, and set the module i created in to a new web page through host login.

but now i want to deploy some more changes to the same module, but i dont want to copy the same set of files(20 MB) and want to avoid re-configure. i just want to deploy only the changes i did.
Please help.

Cheers
