make sure, sql server is configured for remote login and both, client and server, support TCP/IP

my user add good rights on the base , but not on the server ....that's why :(

now I have a  new problem ... :S
When i try to go on my ddn home page :
http://localhost/dotnetnuke/Default.aspx?tabid=40&error=Impossible+de+trouver+une+partie+du+chemin+d'acc%c3%a8s+'C%3a%5cInetpub%5cwwwroot%5cdotnetnukePortals%5c7%5ccss'.&content=0

i've read on the forum that is due to pre compiled non support.
So i try to build the solution , and fail :

do not try to build web site in Visual studio. make sure the IUSR has read permission for all files.
