Seb,

You note that admin mail templates are by default sent as plain text. How can I change that to send as html?

Anyone having this problem..

When I edit the text for emails in the language editor and save it, the html formatting tags show up in the text. So when the user gets a new registration email all of the html tags show up.

I tested this thinking that my mail client was configured for text only but this isn't the case.

Thanks

Yes.

Did you ever find a fix? I have all sort of dynamic forms now emailing html content, so I am sure it's nothing to do with the mail server. Every single paragraph break and the like come through with the validation message...just trying to add a simple line or two of space between the message.

There has been an enhancement submitted by a benefactor that shall allow to use plain text or HTML in admin mails; it is currently been checked and might get included in DNN 4.6.0.
