Hi there,
I am creating a custom module that needs to be able to read information from a users profile. I know that I can get the standard details such as:
UserInfo.FirstName.ToString()
UserInfo.LastName.ToString()
UserInfo.Profile.Region.ToString()
However, is it possible to retrieve the details of custom properties. E.g. say I add a persons role to their profile how can I access that particular property?

Any ino would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
Steven

I seem to have worked this our before anyone has been given a chance to reply. Incase anyone stumbles across this looking for a solution it is simply:

UserInfo.Profile.GetPropertyValue("YourProfileProperty").ToString

Regards,
Steven

Hi,

I believe you can do something like this:

UserInfo.Profile.GetPropertyValue("Company");

This would retrieve the Company from the users profile.

This code is C#.
