\DesktopModules\Admin\Extensions\Editors\ModuleEditor.ascx.vb(367): error BC30002: Type 'Security.Permissions.DesktopModulePermissionCollection' is not defined.

i'm unable to modify a  Module definition, i have 3 website and the error are in two of them a site whit the 5.5.1 version and the other with the 5.2.3 version, also i have a website that i'm able to modify whit the 5.5.1 version.

I try to rewrite the file whit the file that it is working.  it works one time but at the next day i'm having the same error.

I check the file permissions and is ok.  the site is in full trust mode
